We are looking for experienced and talented Hairstylist's with clientele. We offer the perfect environment for running your business happily with added profits. Our staff includes eight Hairstylist's and two Nail tech's. This is a great place to work.

Lease station includes fully furnished hair station. Larger locking station, retail shelves, semi private lots of room for additional roller caddy's, thick padded matt over hardwood floors, windows for natural light, color correct lighting. Air conditioning, three line phone system with voice mail.  Two parking lots, laundry, refreshment area, full kitchen break room. Covered patio for smokers. Paid mal-practice insurance.

Salon was opened in 1973 on Glisan and 181st. It was purchased by current owner Leona Fye in 1981 and moved to this location Jan. 1987. It is on private salon owned property, One-half acre with two parking lots. Salon has Ten Hair Stations, and Two Nail Stations. Onsite laundry, refreshment area and kitchen break room. Larger than we look and very comfortable to clients in our semi-private stations.

$400.00 a month with a $25.00 discount if you pay on or before the 1st.

 Salon pays malpractice, sell your own retail, make your own prices and hours. Salon is closed Sunday and Monday.

Spa pedicure area has one chair with massage feature. Our nail technicians also have a facial room and offer facials, full body waxing, makeup, and eyelash extensions. Our nail technicians are talented in 3-D art and acrylics, Gels, Gelish and Gel Polish. Nice services to offer your clients.

We are located on 181st Ave between Glisan & Halsey. Off I-84 exit 13.We have a half acre with two parking lots. Very busy street, good exposure.
